like you heard, you have to watch this movie before playing the video game, otherwise you won't understand some part of storyline in the video game!
plus, if you played the video game will contain spoilers for the movie, so better watch movie first! it won't be best sellers, but it's a video game prequel movie, you have to watch to know what is going on.
