all companies should pay the immigrants (mogemeen) co-equal as civilian.
there should be no difference, specially in Kuwait.
they should make all corporation and companies forced to pay equally in all countries.

Shoof, el mosawa bel 7oqooq el ensaneya wajba bas something you just can't. Salaries for instance, kel shakhs o his - her effort bas mathalan when it comes to bonus, I've seen balaway! Some get like 10 times more when others don't :) na9eeb ya akhy. bas sometimes el special money from government or salary increase especially when others are suffering, elly ma3ashathom less then a 100 kd o aqal too don't get anything.. democracy you know

i know a guy at work never go to work single day and get bonus, while other work so hard and yet treated the same.

dear Neoark .. you should know enna the Kuwaiti government is responsible of kuwaiti people, while other ntionalities are more than welcome in our country.. bs el 7kooma malzooma enha ta9ref bs 3ala kuwaiti people .,, while every government is responsible for its own people :)
