I saw a girl with black hair dressed up similar to Lili from Tekken except it isn't as short as that, a friend of mine like her image stuck on his head and never been able to get her off, he even tried to follow her. but she was like having a very flashy dress and made her get out in Ten minutes from harassment
so my question, where did she get the dress!!

I might do cosplay soon as well, but I wont cosplay as a girl because most of the anime girls wear short stuff ands wearing their costumes wont be comfortable.
anyways, it'll probably be someone from Code Geass or something! 8D
